Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • After 7 days, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
  • For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be made before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • No refunds will be provided for partially used services.

Exceptions

In cases where a service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Riddhi Stack IT Solutions.
